About the role
- Run 5-8 residential service calls per day, dispatched to your phone
- Diagnose and repair water heaters, tankless units, drain lines, faucets, fixtures, disposals, toilets, water lines, gas lines, and re-pipes
- Document findings thoroughly with photos and clear notes for warranty authorization
- Communicate directly with warranty company authorization departments
- Present and sell non-covered repairs, upgrades, and out-of-pocket options
- Collect service call fees and payment at time of service
- Keep your truck stocked, clean, and organized
- Maintain a professional presence in customers' homes
- What We Require 2+ years of hands-on residential plumbing service experience (non-negotiable)
- Valid Arizona driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Solid diagnostic ability - you can walk into an unfamiliar house and figure it out
- Comfort with a smartphone/tablet for dispatch, photos, invoicing, and notes
- Professional appearance and customer-facing communication skills
- Own hand tools
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs, work in attics, crawl spaces, and Arizona summer heat

- CompensationBase Pay with Commission: Range from $75,000-$125,000 annually, depending on experience and performance
