Job Description: A day on the line Pick the shift that fits your life:1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PMPicture this: you clock in, review the day’s build list, and begin transforming precision-cut components into finished curtain wall units that will front remarkable buildings. You’ll read assembly drawings, stage materials, and put hand tools to work—installing insulation, applying and tooling silicone weather seals, glazing units with pneumatic silicone equipment, and confirming every dimension with a tape measure before sending completed frames to storage or shipping. All day long, you collaborate with teammates, follow OSHA and company safety practices, and keep your area tidy and organized. What you’ll handle Assemble curtain wall subassemblies and full unit frames using manual, electric, and pneumatic tools. Interpret assembly drawings/specifications to verify correct components and measurements. Install insulation; manually apply and tool silicone weather sealant. Glaze units using pneumatic silicone application equipment. Confirm final dimensions with a tape measure and drawings before release. Move finished units off the line and stage for storage or shipment. Report discrepancies between components and drawings to line supervision immediately. Follow OSHA regulations and company safety procedures; report accidents/unsafe conditions or practices without delay. Maintain a clean, organized work area; return tools/equipment to designated storage at shift end. Take on additional tasks as assigned by supervisors and management.
What you bring: Comfort with repetitive lifting and standing throughout an 8-hour shift. Flexibility to learn multiple assembly stations and adapt to changing tasks. Hands-on experience with: Drills Impact drivers Cutting tools Reciprocating saws Pneumatic nailers Ability to read and follow assembly drawings/blueprints.
Preferred: experience operating material hoists and vacuum lifting equipment.
Education & experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required).Background in manufacturing, assembly, construction, or related fields is a plus.
