The Opportunity: We are seeking anSVP of Salesto lead and scale our U.S. commercial presence across hyperscale, AI factory, and data center environments. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for: Expanding existing strategic accounts (including top-tier hyperscalers and major data center operators) Building a focused, high-performing sales team Driving revenue growth in one of the fastest-growing segments of digital infrastructure You will operate at bothstrategic and execution levels, engaging directly with senior stakeholders while building a scalable sales structure and processes. Key Responsibilities: Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts across hyperscalers, AI compute operators, colocation providers, and telecom carriers Expand footprint within existing top-tier customers while securing new logos Drive long-term revenue growth through structured account planning and pipeline development Executive Engagement Build trusted relationships withCTOs, Network Architecture teams, Infrastructure leads, and Procurement executives Position C-Connex as astrategic partner, not just a vendor Commercial Execution Identify, qualify, and close opportunities in: Optical connectivity solutions High-density fiber systems Structured cabling and AI-ready network architectures Translate technical requirements into compelling, value-driven commercial proposals Build and lead ahigh-performance team: Leverage existing internal resources while scaling selectively Market Presence Maintain strong visibility across key U.S. markets (VA, TX, AZ, CA, GE, NY, etc.) Participate in customer roadmap discussions, deployments, and industry events
What You Bring: Proven experience selling into Hyperscale, AI Infrastructure, Data Center, or Telecom environments Strong understanding of: Optical connectivity and fiber management High-density architectures (leaf-spine, HPC, AI clusters) Track record of buildingexecutive-level relationships and closing complex deals Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability Experience building or scaling high-performance sales teams Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Willingness to travel frequently across key U.S. markets Texas-based or open to relocation (preferred) Why C-Connex High-growth trajectoryin one of the most critical infrastructure segments globally Direct exposure toAI-scale deployments and hyperscale ecosystems Ability toshape strategy, build a team, and drive measurable impact Strong internal support across engineering, operations, and supply chain Competitive compensation with performance-driven upside
