And we believe we're just getting started!DescriptionWe are seeking a hardworking, data-driven, and results-oriented individual to join the Apps Business Development Team for the App Store. In this role, you will use your industry experience, critical thinking skills, and deep interest in technology to help app developers grow their businesses on the App Store. You will advocate for developer-centric platform improvements based on partner feedback, market research, and internal analysis. You will also partner with cross-functional teams, including product, editorial, marketing, commerce, engineering, and legal, to gain support for strategic growth initiatives.Minimum Qualifications5+ years of relevant experience across business development, partnership management, or product management, ideally within the mobile app space.Expertise in full-funnel app optimization, including user acquisition, monetization, and subscription/hybrid business models.Preferred QualificationsCategory expertise across Social Networking, Creators, and Entertainment, with a curiosity to identify new opportunities and trends across these segments.Experience in the mobile apps ecosystem, with fluency in subscriptions and knowledge of the competitive landscape and platform policies.Proven track record using data, analytics, and financial models to tell a cohesive story internally and externally.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, editorial, marketing, commerce, engineering, and legal to move strategic initiatives forward.Demonstrated ability to develop great presentations and present them to audiences at all levels of the company.Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize, and adhere to tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.Integrity, a sense of humor, and excellent interpersonal skills.BS degree or equivalent experience, JD or MS/MBA a plus.Apple is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
