About the role

Art of Problem Solving (AoPS) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruiting for Part-Time Instructors across regions. This 9-month, full-time role is hybrid with the San Diego office and offers the chance to scale teams as AoPS grows. The ideal candidate has ed-tech hiring experience, a track record in high-volume recruitment, and proficiency with tools like Linked In Recruiter and Greenhouse. You’ll partner with managers to deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
