About the role
- Facilitate and document daily meetings with customer team to review safety initiatives, potential noncompliance, daily team objectives and individual roles.
- Maintain inventory of chemical products and place order requisitions based on consumption trends.
- Input data daily and generate performance reports.
- Analyze process data to identify trends, outliers and corrective actions.
- Communicate actively with customers, the team and other stakeholders to exceed customer expectations.
- Drive improvement projects based on trends and data analysis.
- Participate in Quality Audits with Support Personnel as well as assist/follow up in completion of Audit/Corrective Actions.
- Be able to occasionally perform hands-on work as required including sampling, testing, lift truck operation, etc.
- Qualifications we are looking for:
- Associate degree and/or Supervisory Certification in an Industrial or Laboratory Field.3-5 years' experience working in manufacturing environment related to lubricants and/or laboratory testing preferred.
- Ability to read, write and interpret documents such as standard operating procedures, blueprints, safety manuals and write routine reports or customer correspondence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to solve problems while working with site personnel and customers.
- Strong computer skills including MS Office - Excel, Outlook, Word.
- Standing and/or walking for approximately 4-8 hours daily.
- High organizational skills and attention to detail.
