About the role
To enhance sales performance in the migraine therapeutic area, the full-time Health Care Industry Representative will execute brand strategies, manage territory accounts, and build strong customer relationships while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver sales performance and meet brand KPIs and financial targets
Create and execute pre-call plans and post-call evaluations to improve sales effectiveness
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve win-win agreements and optimize brand strategy
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred; relevant industry experience may be accepted
At least five years of relevant industry experience, with three or more years in the pharmaceutical/health/science sector preferred
Proven track record of leadership success and strong business acumen
Ability to adapt selling approaches based on customer behavior and operate effectively in a matrix environment
Valid driver's license and ability to meet health care industry representative credentialing requirements
