About the role

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE — FREE PEOPLE / PRIVATE LABELARIANA OST + REVELLO | NYCWe’re looking for a highly organized, creative and detail-driven Account Executive to manage our growing Free People business, across both private label and Ariana Ost branded product. Our categories include accessories, costume jewelry, hair accessories, belts and home décor. This role sits at the intersection of sales, design, product development and production. We’re looking for someone who understands the Free People customer and aesthetic — and can combine that creative instinct with strong business, communication and organizational skills.

THE ROLE: • Manage day-to-day communication with Free People buyers• Act as the liaison between buyers and our design + production teams• Manage product development from concept and sampling through production• Track styles, samples, pricing, orders and approvals• Coordinate and send samples to buyers• Assist with costing, pricing, quantities and order details• Maintain detailed Excel trackers and records• Translate buyer feedback and opportunities into clear direction for the design team• Photograph samples beautifully for buyer presentations and approvals• Create polished visual presentations in Canva• Keep timelines moving through consistent, proactive follow-upWHO YOU ARE• You understand the Free People aesthetic, customer and lifestyle• You have experience in fashion, accessories, wholesale, private label, account management, production or product development• You’re highly organized and exceptionally detail-oriented• You’re confident with numbers, costing and order information• You’re an Excel expert• You’re a strong communicator with excellent follow-through• You have a creative eye and good product photography skills• You’re proficient in Canva• You can manage multiple projects, deadlines and moving parts at once• You’re proactive, resourceful and hands-onFULL-TIME · IN PERSONFlatiron District · New York City We’re a creative, entrepreneurial team looking for someone who loves beautiful product and the process of bringing it to life.
