You’ve proven you can sell. Now you want to build the team, process, and strategy behind the number without stepping away from customers. Our client is building an AI-powered platform that helps independent hotels grow revenue without the complexity of disconnected software, agencies, and manual work. Starting with digital marketing, the platform brings revenue-driving workflows into one system, giving hotel owners more time to run their properties, not manage their tech stack. The product is already winning customers through outbound sales and solving an urgent business problem. Now they need a player-coach who’s hungry to turn that early traction into a repeatable GTM engine and build the team that runs it. What you'll own Run discovery, demos, and closes with hotel owners and operators while carrying your own quota. Build the sales playbook: messaging, qualification, objection handling, follow-up, and customer handoffs. Establish pipeline discipline, forecasting, and clear performance metrics. Identify priority customer segments and sharpen outbound alongside the GTM team. Hire, onboard, and coach reps as the sales organization grows. Work directly with the founder, bringing customer insights into product and commercial decisions. Use AI to reduce administrative work and give the team more time to sell. Who we’re looking for An excellent seller with a builder’s mindset. Someone who wants more ownership, not less time with customers. This isn’t a leadership seat removed from the sales floor. You’ll be in the calls, learning the market, setting the standard, and building a system others can succeed in. You’ll likely bring:3–10 years in sales, including consistent quota attainment in a high-volume, short-cycle SMB environment. Experience building or materially improving a sales motion as an early sales hire, team lead, player-coach, or the person behind the playbook. A track record of coaching reps and making them better, whether or not you’ve held a formal management title. The ability to connect customer conversations with decisions about segmentation, messaging, conversion, and team capacity. A warm, credible selling style. You earn trust, ask good questions, and move deals forward without pressure. The ambition to recruit and develop a team while staying accountable for your own results. Strong organization, analytical instincts, and a practical approach to using AI.Hospitality technology, vertical SaaS, startup experience, and familiarity with digital marketing are helpful, but not required. Success in fast-moving SMB sales matters more than a background in long-cycle enterprise deals. Why this opportunity Ownership: Shape the sales strategy, playbook, process, and team. Work directly with the founder and influence product and commercial decisions. Build on existing outbound traction with top-of-funnel support. Competitive cash compensation with uncapped earning potential. Meaningful equity. Medical, dental, and vision coverage. Lunch and fitness stipends. Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
