We purchase and display only the best natural stone slabs hand selected from over 47 countries with locations in Dallas, Ft. Worth, Denver, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, Miami, Ft. Lauderdale and growing!Candidates for our full time Inside Sales position will excel in providing the very best customer service, from making new customers feel welcome and appreciated to nurturing long-term customer relationships for return sales. We are looking for a team player who values the roles of co-workers and looks for ways to contribute to everyone's success. As a member of our Inside Sales team, you will be using product knowledge to educate the customer so that they make satisfying product selections to promote the best buying experience available. Product training is provided.Essential Job Functions:Primary responsibility is to identify, control and facilitate deliveries and pick up of product in the most efficient mannerIdentify/process orders to be delivered or picked upAllocate warehouse resourcesStaging pick-ups and deliveriesRouting trucks efficientlyProcessing walk-in pick-upsEfficiently handle heavy incoming phone call load while representing the company in a professional, friendly manner.Greet and assist walk-in customers and fabricator clientsProcess product returnsConduct quality controlBuilding brokered trucks and interacting with freight brokersHandle product invoicingProcess walk-in payments by applying cash, credit card and check paymentsCollecting pre-payments on COD transactionsCollecting long-term Accounts ReceivableProcess check requests (AP)Process daily electronic depositsMake bank deposit runsMaintain petty cashProcess incoming mailComplete end of day reportingJob Qualifications:Customer Service experience, preferably in the stone businessReceptive to training and supervisionA team player who values the roles of co-workers and looks for ways to contribute to everyone's successCompensation and Benefits:Pay commensurate with experience and skillsFull benefits including medical, dental, and vision plans; 401(k); life insuranceAnnual reviewsOpportunities for advancementThe Stone Collection is always working to remain the leader in the stone industry by continuing to hire the very best.
