Job Description: Join Our Team as a Salon Receptionist / Guest Experience Coordinator! Are you passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences? At Salon Zen Aveda - Mercato, located in beautiful Naples, FL, we’re looking for a friendly and organized Salon Receptionist / Guest Experience Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our salon. What You’ll Be Doing: As our Salon Receptionist / Guest Experience Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our salon runs smoothly and our guests leave with a smile.

Your responsibilities will include: Greeting guests warmly and ensuring they feel welcomed from the moment they walk in. Managing appointment bookings and maintaining an organized schedule for our stylists. Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries with professionalism and care. Processing payments and handling transactions accurately. Assisting with the overall flow of the salon, including light administrative tasks. Supporting the team in creating a relaxing and enjoyable environment for our guests.

What We’re Looking For: To be successful in this role, you’ll need: At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or receptionist role. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor. A proactive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences. Familiarity with salon or spa environments is a plus, but not required.
