What we're looking for: We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Manufacturing Repair Specialist to join our team in Pensacola, Florida. This role is ideal for a technically skilled professional with experience in the assembly, service, maintenance, repair, and calibration of aircraft maintenance tooling, hydraulic equipment, and mechanical systems. The successful candidate will serve as a key link between Field International and our customers, ensuring tools and equipment are serviced to the highest quality standards while delivering exceptional customer support.
Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in assembly, service and maintenance of machinery, mechanical and hydraulic equipment, and experience with electrical equipment maintenance Ability to read technical drawings, knowledge of raw materials and an understanding of machining Knowledge of metrology and special processes is an advantage Good competency in computer literacy (engineering and design)Strong communication skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure, multitask, and prioritize Self-motivated, confident, methodical, and able to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment Key Responsabilites Receive, inspect, and register aircraft maintenance tooling and Ground Support Equipment (GSE) for service and repair Diagnose, service, repair, calibrate, and refurbish maintenance tooling and equipment Interpret technical drawings and specifications to accurately assess and repair tools Perform load testing with Quality support and conduct calibration activities Assemble and disassemble mechanical and hydraulic tools; experience with electrical tools is preferred Refurbish tools to the latest approved revision status through upgrades and modifications Create service orders, quotations, and shipping documentation Package and prepare tools for shipment back to customers Build and maintain strong customer relationships while delivering exceptional service Manage local subcontractors and service providers as required Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements Support continuous improvement initiatives and help maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment Why Join Field International Competitive pay Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with company match Paid time off and company holidays Opportunities for training, development, and career growth Collaborative team environment where your contributions make a visible impact📍 Pensacola, Florida🕒 Full-Time Interested in joining our team?
