About the role
To build and scale a customer advocacy program, the full-time Senior Customer Advocacy Manager will design initiatives that transform successful clients into brand advocates, manage reference pipelines, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Design and manage a customer advocacy program that identifies, nurtures, and activates brand advocates
Develop a robust pipeline of customer references, case studies, testimonials, and peer review contributions
Engage directly with customers to understand their success stories and translate them into compelling content
Required qualifications
4+ years of experience in customer advocacy, client marketing, or customer success marketing
Demonstrated experience building advocacy programs and managing reference pipelines
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and motivate clients
Experience producing customer success content such as case studies and video testimonials
Familiarity with advocacy platforms such as Influitive or ReferenceEdge
