DutiesHelpDUTY 1: Works closely with the CI director and principal staff at HAF, MAJCOMS, and installations, in establishing program goals, mission, priorities, resources, staffing, and workload requirements.DUTY 2: Coordinates the formulation of a multi-year plan to bring complex housing programs from concept to transfer of operations. High value programs include business agreements establishing partnerships between the AF and private sector developers.DUTY 3: Represents the Installations Directorate (CI) director at meetings, briefings, conferences, hearings, etc. with officials of other Federal agencies, State and local authorities, regulatory agencies, and the public on matters relating to goals, plans, capabilities, and scope, of proposed and approved programs.DUTY 4: Oversees all phases of programs to ensure integration and coordination within established timeframes and maintains program goals and objectives, consistent with commitments and policy, as well as measurable performance criteria.
