- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- Ability to type a minimum of 30 WPMPrevious experience in customer service, retail services, and call contact environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to perform at a high level, to support our high volume of inbound calls
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel
- Ability to maintain a calm, professional and positive demeanor while handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines
