You will manage residential and commercial closings, prepare and review packages and loan documents, and coordinate with lenders, buyers, sellers, and title companies. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with real estate transactions, strong drafting and organizational skills, and a detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy in all filings.
