Sales Manager – Technical / Industrial Sales
Location: Remote – U.S. East Coast

Travel: Up to 30%About the RoleWe are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, develop new business opportunities, and expand customer relationships across assigned U.S. markets. This role is ideal for a technically minded sales professional with experience in B2B industrial sales, electronic components, batteries, or related technology-driven industries.
Key Responsibilities: Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across assigned markets. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to proposals, negotiations, and closing. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, prospective clients, and regional sales representatives. Prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing recommendations. Maintain accurate sales pipeline records, forecasts, and activity reports using SAP.Collaborate with engineering, operations, and customer service teams to ensure customer requirements are met. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Conduct virtual customer meetings, presentations, and occasional in-person visits.
Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience in B2B technical sales or industrial sales. Experience selling electronic components, batteries, or related high-tech products is strongly preferred. Demonstrated success in business development, account management, pipeline management, and closing sales. Ability to understand and communicate technical product features and benefits to diverse customers. Experience using SAP and standard Microsoft Office applications. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple sales opportunities. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with manufacturer representatives or distribution partners. International sales experience. Familiarity with medical technology, industrial automation, telecommunications, or other technical markets.
Additional Requirements: Must be authorized to work in the United States. Must maintain a valid driver's license and passport. Ability to travel overnight up to 30% as required.
