About the role
- Generate qualified enterprise pipeline.
- Run structured discovery meetings with institutional prospects.
- Coordinate product demonstrations and technical validation.
- Manage proposals, pricing discussions and negotiations.
- Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and forecasting.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering and Client Delivery.
- Represent Elwood at industry events.
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Qualifications / Knowledge
- At least 2-3 years of relevant industry experience in a sales or business development role; experience in front end trading systems/tradfi or crypto industry essential
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and lead generationStrong understanding of financial services and the crypto market
- Strong entrepreneurial skills and a natural ability to spot opportunities for revenue generationStrong industry/network and connections which could serve as a potential client base
- Accountable individual that is willing to take a wide range of responsibility across several different areas within the business
- Personable and has the skills to build rapport and establish personal relationships
- Ability to attend regular external events and travel domestically and internationally as required
