About the role
Be part of Branson's holiday magic! Trail of Lights is one of the Ozarks' favorite Christmas traditions, and our Parking Lot Attendants are the first friendly faces guests see when they arrive. For many families, this drive is a yearly tradition, and you'll help make it a memory worth keeping. When the Magic Happens The lights shine brightest when families are together, so this role is all about evenings, weekends, and holidays. From approximately [start date] through [end date], you'll be right in the middle of the season's best moments: kids pressed against car windows, carloads of singing families, and couples making it part of their holiday tradition. If you love the spirit of Christmas and want to spend the season sharing it with others, this is the place for you. Hours may vary based on attraction operating hours and special events.
What You'll Do:
Welcome guests and give friendly, helpful service from the moment they pull in Answer questions about the light display, traffic flow, wait times, and the property Keep the vehicle queue organized and moving smoothly Do periodic checks throughout the night to make sure the lights and guest experience are running as they should Report maintenance issues, operational concerns, or guest concerns to the right team member Keep the entrance and queue area clean, orderly, and safe Watch for safety concerns or unusual activity in and around the queue At closing, confirm all guests and vehicles have exited before securing and locking the gate
