Job Description: We’re hiring Compounders for a reputable company in the New Albany Beauty Park that manufactures personal care and beauty products. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Compounder looking for stable, long-term work with a company that promotes from within. Measure, weigh, and add raw materials. Operate mixing and compounding equipment to produce beauty and personal-care products. Monitor batches for proper consistency, color, texture, and quality while following GMP and safety procedures. Record batch information, measurements, and production results.
