Shipping Final Assembly 2nd Shift
Location: LNS Turbo Inc
Employment Type: Full-Time
Description: Summary: Prepare conveyors with final assembly functions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure all parts are present on the bill of materials and blueprints. Attach all final labels to conveyor. Ensure all parts are securely fastened to skid or conveyor for shipping. Cover conveyor with plastics, shrink wrap, and put braces where necessary for safe shipment of product. Operate stand up lift and forklift. Complete all shipping paperwork correctly. Use power tools and hand tools, as necessary. Keep area clean and organized. Work in a team environment and follow safety rules. Complete paperwork correctly and report labor accurately. Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner. Other duties may be assigned. Education and/or Experience: Less than high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer Skills
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and climb or balance. The employee is occasionally required to walk; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Ability to complete forklift certification.
