Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver polished, attentive, and friendly dining service to guests in assigned stations.• Present menus, provide detailed descriptions of food and beverage offerings, and make recommendations.• Accurately input food and drink orders into the POS system.• Deliver courses promptly, anticipate guest needs, and ensure high customer satisfaction.• Handle cash and card payment transactions accurately and responsibly.• Maintain a clean, organized dining area and uphold all health, sanitation, and safety standards.
What We Look For:
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for customer service.• Previous experience in full-service restaurants or customer-facing hospitality is preferred (we provide thorough training for motivated candidates).• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay composed in a fast-paced dining environment.• Flexibility to work peak dining shifts, including evenings and weekends.• Must be at least 18 years of age.
