Experiential Design, Creative and Media Services - Vice PresidentCiti's Creative and Media Services team is looking for a designer who lives for the big moment — someone who gets genuinely excited when the stakes are highest and the whole firm is watching. In this role you will support the design and production of high-quality presentations, event visuals, and live experience content that support Citi's most visible communications — from investor days and leadership forums to firmwide town halls and executive events. The VP, Experiential Design will work closely with production, editorial, and communications partners to ensure that every moment — on screen, on stage, or in a room — is visually compelling, brand-consistent, and purpose-built for its audience. The ideal candidate is a skilled visual communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands that great design in a live or high-stakes context requires equal parts craft, precision, and adaptability.ResponsibilitiesDesign and produce high-quality presentations for senior leadership, executive communications, investor events, client forums, and firmwide moments — translating complex information into clear, compelling visual event visuals and live experience content including stage graphics, motion elements, digital signage, environmental displays, and run-of-show supporting materials for key communications events.Partner closely with the VP, Lead Designer, and SVP, Creative Lead to ensure visual design is fully integrated into the creative and production approach for each event or experience.Collaborate with Communications colleagues across business lines and functions to understand event objectives, audience expectations, and key messages — and translate those into effective visual design solutions.Maintain and evolve a suite of branded presentation templates, event graphic systems, and reusable visual assets that can be deployed efficiently across productions.Ensure all experiential design deliverables meet Citi's brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and technical specifications for the relevant presentation or event multiple concurrent design workstreams across live events, presentation projects, and event content development, communicating proactively with the Production Coordinator on timelines and priorities.Advise on emerging tools, platforms, and design approaches for presentation and live event content — including AI-assisted design tools — that can improve quality, efficiency, or creative impact.Support post-event asset adaptation, ensuring key visual elements are versioned and archived for future use across channels.Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Motion Design, Fine Arts, or a similar field.Significant experience in presentation design, event visual production, or experiential design in a studio, agency, broadcast, or in-house creative environment.Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and/or Google Slides for executive-level presentation design; ability to build sophisticated, brand-compliant decks that communicate with clarity and visual authority.Must be proficient in various multimedia and design technologies across the Adobe Creative SuiteDemonstrated experience designing visual systems for live events, including stage graphics, environmental displays, and digital understanding of how design functions differently in a live, high-stakes context — including technical constraints, timing, and audience sight lines.Experience working within established brand systems and applying global visual identity standards consistently across presentation and event to manage multiple high-priority design projects simultaneously, with a calm and organized approach under deadline pressure.Experience and an active interest in AI-assisted design tools and emerging presentation and event technology collaborative instincts and the ability to receive, integrate, and push back on creative direction in equal measure.Excellent communicator with the ability to present design thinking clearly to senior stakeholders and non-creative partners.Operates efficiently in a very fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.Integrity, maturity, dependability, and a positive professional attitude.Excellent organizational and project management skills.Experience or demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-based environment within a heavily matrixed record of success in delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Critical CompetenciesPresentation Design & Visual StorytellingEvent & Experiential Visual ProductionMicrosoft PowerPoint / Google SlidesAdobe Creative SuiteBrand System ApplicationLive Event Technical AwarenessStakeholder CommunicationMulti-Project ManagementOral CommunicationWritten Communication
