At bioaqualife®, we are looking for an experienced industrial sales professional who knows the market from the inside. You may have spent 20, 25, or 30+ years selling plastic, industrial products, materials, equipment, packaging, protective solutions, or related products. You may know distributors, manufacturers, contractors, purchasing organizations, plant managers, or business owners across an industry you've worked in for years. And perhaps you're not ready to stop. Maybe you're looking for a new professional chapter, want to stay connected to an industry you know exceptionally well, but with more flexibility and more opportunity to shape what you do. Or simply have the experience, relationships, curiosity, and commercial fire to build something interesting. This could be that opportunity. We are not looking for someone to can tell us: “I know this industry. I know how these companies buy. I know the problems they have. About bioaqualife® bioaqualife® manufactures advanced biodegradable protective films designed to reduce the long-term environmental impact of protective plastic films without asking customers to compromise on performance. Our core products include bioWRAP®, bioTAPE®, and bioDOOR® - a complete green shrinkwrap system for protecting equipment, structures, products, and other valuable assets during storage, transportation, construction, and industrial applications. We have built our business in the marine market and are now expanding into industrial applications.
The Opportunity: As Industrial Sales Manager, you will help establish bioaqualife® as a supplier to industrial markets across the United States. This is a market-building role, not a traditional territory-sales position. You will have significant freedom to identify industries and applications where our products make commercial sense, establish and develop relationships with the right companies, and turn your industry knowledge into real business opportunities. You will work closely with our CEO, General Manager, and CMO as we determine where bioaqualife® can create the greatest value. Your work will include: Opening the right doors Use your professional network and industry credibility to introduce bioaqualife® to qualified prospects. Build relationships with manufacturers, distributors, contractors, industrial suppliers, service companies, and other potential partners. Identify the people who influence purchasing decisions and the people who can actually say yes. Turn trusted professional relationships into meaningful commercial conversations. Building business Introduce bioWRAP®, bioTAPE®, bioDOOR®, and other bioaqualife® solutions to qualified customers. Develop opportunities from first conversation through sampling, testing, quotation, negotiation, and first order. Coordinate with our internal team to support technical evaluations and product trials. Convert successful trials into repeat business and long-term relationships. Identify potential distributors and channel partners. Helping build the playbook Share market intelligence that can influence product development, pricing, positioning, and marketing. Help shape our industrial sales strategy and go-to-market approach. Work with the CMO and leadership team on sales materials, presentations, samples, case studies, and customer-facing tools. Participate in customer visits, demonstrations, trade shows, and industry events. Maintain a focused pipeline and communicate opportunities, market feedback, and next steps. We're particularly interested in people with a deep understanding of an industrial market and a strong network within it. You could be an experienced: Business Development Executive Industrial Manufacturer's Representative Regional or National Sales Manager Industry Specialist Former business owner or sales leader with deep industry relationships You may have sold: Plastic films Packaging Protective materials Equipment Construction products Transportation or storage solutions Manufacturing materials Other products sold through industrial distribution Experience working with organizations such as Fastenal, Grainger, Uline, or similar industrial distribution networks is valuable. What Success Looks Like Early success might look like: Introducing bioaqualife® to the right company. Getting a decision-maker to take a meeting. Helping us understand how a particular market buys. Identifying and signing-in a strong distributor or channel partner. Securing a product evaluation or trial. Over time, success means: Trials becoming customers. Customers becoming repeat customers.
