About the Company: This AI company is building technology to systematically identify and combat fraud, waste, and abuse in US government spending. Its agentic platform combines public and government-restricted data including federal spending and contracting databases, Medicare and Medicaid claims and reasons across that information to identify specific cases of potential fraud. The platform doesn't just surface anomalies. It provides the evidence chain auditors need to investigate and take action. The company is already in active discussions with federal health agencies, defense, homeland security, and state governments. With significant contracts within reach, the biggest constraint is now engineering capacity. The company is building its first cohort of Forward Deployed Engineers to work directly with government partners.
About the Role: We're looking for early-career engineers who already operate like founders. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll sit at the intersection of software engineering, applied AI, and real-world government missions. This is an opportunity to join an early FDE team, work directly on high-impact government problems, and build production AI systems where the results have real-world consequences.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
