About the role
We are seeking an ambitious and professional Entry Level Sales Representative to join our growing sales organization. This entry-level opportunity is designed for individuals interested in developing practical experience in sales, customer acquisition, communication, negotiation, and business development. Rather than working behind a desk or relying on phone-based outreach, our Entry Level Sales Representatives work directly with prospective customers face-to-face within an assigned residential territory. Representatives educate customers on technology products and services, including wireless, internet, television, and connectivity solutions, while helping individuals identify service options that align with their needs. Our goal is to provide new representatives with a strong foundation in the fundamentals of professional sales while giving them the opportunity to develop confidence communicating with customers and presenting solutions in person.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will be responsible for: Meeting with prospective customers face-to-face throughout an assigned residential territory Representing technology products and services in a professional manner Conducting needs-based conversations to better understand each customer's current services and priorities Presenting available wireless, internet, television, and technology solutions Explaining product features, service options, pricing, and current promotions Answering customer questions and addressing concerns throughout the sales process Recommending solutions based on individual customer needs Completing customer enrollments and maintaining accurate sales information Developing strong product knowledge through ongoing training and coaching Participating in team meetings, sales workshops, and performance reviews Working toward individual and team sales objectives Professional Development This position provides hands-on experience in several transferable areas of business, including: Sales and Customer Acquisition Learn how to identify customer needs, communicate value, overcome objections, and guide customers through the decision-making process. Communication and Presentations Develop the confidence to communicate professionally with a wide range of customers and deliver clear, concise presentations. Negotiation Build experience navigating questions, concerns, competing priorities, and customer objections. Relationship Building Learn how to establish trust quickly and create a positive customer experience through professional face-to-face communication. Business Development Gain an understanding of how customer acquisition, territory management, sales performance, and client representation contribute to business growth.
