Quality Technician - 2nd shift

Key tasks: Understand and follow work instructions and control plans. Assist with other key tasks during changeovers. Do quality checks and input data into the Quality System to keep the process nominal, input GMaP's data when required. Maintain an organized clean work environment 5S!Understanding trends on reliability and yield. Perform other departmental job duties when directed by supervision. Understands required PPE, location and purpose of all lockouts and e-stops. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment keeping the process running. Excellent trouble shooting skills. Excellent problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to set priorities and goals. Leads by strong work ethic and good attendance record. Demonstrate excellent attendance, attitude, and decision making skills. Can work independently.

Key competencies: Basic computer skills preferred. Strong work ethic. Must be self-motivated with initiative and a drive to complete and deliver excellent work product/service. Team player, cooperative, with the demonstrated ability to quickly find common ground and resolve problems. Dedication and commitment to complete all assignments/tasks, even when faced with resistance and setbacks. Good oral and written communication and people skills.
