This position does not require an RN, it could be a case manager with another clinical background such as social worker.
(2 years of rehabilitation experience preferred.)PRODUCTIVITY EXPECTATIONS - Daily caseload 14 -18
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT:
13 Weeks
SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK - Days, M-F 8a-5p (No Weekends)
SYSTEMS: CernerSTART DATE - 10/12/2026
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Primarily DCP but some UR will be required as well. Care Coordination, Discharge Planning, Utilization Review Prior Encompass health experience is highly preferred
