Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PMMinimum availability of 3 consecutive days preferred Ideally seeking providers available for 5 consecutive days20+ shifts available per month Clinical Responsibilities Inpatient rehabilitation floor coverage Manage rehabilitation treatment plans Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams Collaborate with experienced rehab support staff and therapists Patient Volume Average daily census: 2025 patients Practice Environment47-bed facilityEMR: EpicFull, temporary, and emergency privileges available No call required Provider will not work solo
Requirements:
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
  • Active Illinois license required at time of submissionDEA and CSR requiredACLS and BLS required
  • Minimum 1 year of experience preferred
  • Clean background required for emergency privilegesIMLC not accepted
