About the role
IT Procurement Analyst 📍 Memphis, TN – Hybrid First month: 100% onsite training After training: Hybrid, 3 days/week onsite Role: Looking for an IT Procurement/Sourcing Analyst with 3+ years of IT sourcing, procurement, vendor management, or strategic sourcing experience.
Key responsibilities:
Manage IT sourcing events, RFPs, and vendor evaluations. Negotiate IT contracts and pricing with technology vendors. Perform spend analysis and identify cost/value opportunities. Manage supplier relationships, performance, risks, and governance. Review IT contracts, pricing models, usage, SLAs, and terms. Partner with Legal and internal IT/business stakeholders. Develop sourcing strategies and support vendor selection. Identify opportunities to consolidate, terminate, extend, or optimize IT contracts. Must-have:3+ years IT Procurement / IT Sourcing / Technology Vendor ManagementIT vendor and technology contract experienceRFP/sourcing event experience Contract negotiation experience Strong written communication Enterprise-level sourcing experience is a plus
