About the role

To support strategic business priorities, the remote California Licensed Organizational Development Consultant will lead complex organizational development and change initiatives, partnering with executives and HR leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience. Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a trusted senior consultant to executives and HR partners on organizational development and change management priorities Develop and execute change management strategies for large-scale initiatives, including technology and business transformation programs Conduct assessments to identify risks and develop integrated change management plans encompassing stakeholder engagement and trainingRequired QualificationsFive or more years of experience in organizational development, change management, or management consulting Experience advising senior leaders on complex organizational and change challenges Practical experience leading change management activities and supporting large-scale organizational transformation Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred Professional change management certification or formal methodology experience preferred
