As an Inside Sales Agent, you'll connect with prospective buyers and sellers, manage incoming opportunities, follow up consistently, and turn real estate conversations into appointments and long-term client relationships. You'll learn how to ask better questions, communicate with confidence, and develop the sales habits that create consistent production. You'll work alongside experienced real estate professionals and learn the systems successful agents use to manage leads, organize follow-up, and move prospects through the sales process. The goal is to help you become stronger at converting opportunities while developing skills that can support your entire real estate career. This opportunity is a strong fit for someone who enjoys talking with people, is comfortable on the phone, values accountability, and wants a structured environment where consistent daily activity can lead to measurable results. First-year earning potential when goals are met: $150,000+ This is a commission-based real estate opportunity with income based on individual production and performance.
