Build Your Own Desk.3P Careers is looking for a motivated recruiter who enjoys talking to people, creating opportunities, and making things happen. This is a full-desk role. You will find candidates, develop clients, manage relationships, coordinate interviews, and help close placements. You will work from home with plenty of independence—but you must bring the energy, consistency, and follow-through.
What You’ll Do:
Find and engage talented AEC professionals Turn cold outreach into real conversations Develop new clients and grow existing relationships Interview candidates and understand what motivates them Present candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage offers Stay organized and follow up without letting opportunities disappear Track activity and build a productive, profitable recruiting desk Who We’re Looking For You are someone who: Isn’t afraid to pick up the phone Can hear “not interested” without losing momentum Knows persistence and patience can coexist Is friendly, confident, curious, and organized Enjoys chasing goals and measuring progress Can work independently and hold yourself accountable Brings new ideas instead of waiting for instructions Has an entrepreneurial mindset and wants to grow something Recruiting, sales, or business-development experience is helpful. Experience within architecture, engineering, construction, or real estate development would be a major plus. Why 3P Careers?
