JOB SUMMARY As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in the daily operation of the store, ensuring high performance across all areas. You will supervise staff, manage compliance, maintain a safe work environment, and help drive sales and profitability. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Value‑Based Leadership: support and lead team members, align actions with company principles, foster high‑performing store culture. Employee Engagement & Development: coach & train staff, maintain engagement, encourage open communication. Guest Experience: champion guest‑first mindset, build relationships with local community, increase satisfaction and loyalty. Operational Excellence & Compliance: uphold safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards. Stock & Inventory Support: assist with stock handling, inventory counts, and ordering; optimize COGS. Performance & Financial Contribution: drive sales growth, support profitability targets, monitor metrics, report opportunities or risks. QUALIFICATIONS At least 1 year of leadership experience supervising a team and managing daily operations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust and resolve conflicts.
