JOB SUMMARY: The Guest Experience Team Member supports a smooth, welcoming, and efficient guest experience in the clinic. This role provides front-of-house support, assists with guest flow and service execution, and helps maintain a guest-ready environment that reflects PMTS brand and service standards. This position does not provide instruction, evaluate Future Professional skills, or enforce academic or sanitation compliance.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Welcome and assist guests in person and by phone in a professional and friendly manner. Support guest check-in, service flow, and check-out using approved scheduling and point-of-sale systems. Assist with guest flow and service transitions in coordination with clinic and education teams. Maintain accurate guest records and documentation in school systems. Support Future Professionals during guest services by assisting with non-instructional service flow needs. Maintain organization, cleanliness, and presentation of guest-facing areas, including retail and experience desk spaces. Escalate guest concerns, service delays, or operational issues to appropriate leadership. Support opening and closing procedures as assigned. Ensure retail products are stocked and displays remain clean and orderly. Follow all school policies related to professionalism, confidentiality, safety, and sanitation.
REQUIREMENTS: Education, Licensure, and
Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience in customer service, front desk, hospitality, or service-based environments preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to provide consistent, professional guest service Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow established procedures and escalate issues appropriately Basic proficiency with scheduling systems, point-of-sale tools, and office technology Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
