About Us: We are a boutique commercial real estate brokerage specializing exclusively in tenant representation across the greater Washington DC market. Our team of experienced professionals advocates solely for office, industrial, and retail tenants — never landlords — ensuring our clients receive unconflicted, expert guidance through every stage of their real estate decisions. The Opportunity: We are seeking 3 to 5 motivated commercial real estate brokers or agents to join our team over the next 18 to 24 months. This is a rare chance to join a focused tenant rep platform in one of the most resilient commercial markets in the country, with the autonomy of a boutique firm and the tools of a larger one. Early hires will benefit most from our Bonus plan and equity program.
What You Will Do: •        Prospect and develop relationships with business tenants in the DC metro area requiring office, industrial, or retail space•        Conduct needs assessments and market analyses to identify optimal leasing or purchase strategies for clients•        Tour properties, negotiate lease terms, and advocate exclusively on behalf of tenants throughout the transaction•        Maintain and grow a personal book of business through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach•        Collaborate with the transaction management team to ensure smooth deal execution from LOI through lease execution•        Stay current on DC metro market conditions, availability, rental trends, and competitive intelligence
Ideal Candidate Profile: Path A — Licensed Commercial Real Estate Professional•        Active real estate license in DC, Maryland, or Virginia•        Demonstrated experience in commercial leasing or sales — tenant representation experience strongly preferred•        Established or developing network within the DC business community•        Comfortable with a commission-based compensation model Path B — Experienced B2B Sales Professional•        3 or more years of B2B sales experience selling to the Washington DC business community•        Track record of building and managing a client pipeline•        Strong relationship-building skills and comfort with a long sales cycle•        Must be willing to obtain a commercial real estate license (we will support this process)
