About the role

TurnPoint Search is partnering with a fast-paced, growing tech start-up to hire a Head of Administration. You will work directly with the Co-Founders and Head of Operations to oversee the firm's global offices and administrative staff. You’ll be the go-to person for all things related to workplace culture, ensuring every office runs smoothly.
Responsibilities: Manage the company's real estate portfolio, including lease agreements, securing new office space, renovations, construction, etc. Liaise with vendors, architects, building management, and service providers. Ensure office supplies, snacks, and equipment are maintained. Oversee the Office Management team globally. Ensure in-office events, meetings, and team activities are thoughtful and well-executed. Support new hire onboarding and culture initiatives globally. Manage ad-hoc projects.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience overseeing multiple office locations globally and a minimum of 2+ years of management experience required. Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of overseeing office build-outs and renovations. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities with ease. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and bringing structure where needed. Passionate about fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture. Position pays a base salary range of $150,000 - $250,000 per year, commensurate with experience and skill level. There is also the potential for equity.
