A crypto-native market maker running systematic strategies across dozens of venues, on and off chain. They're hiring a senior C++ engineer to anchor and lead the core systems group in New York. What we're looking for: 7 to 12+ years in C++ from a tier-1 HFT or prop firm Deep low-latency core systems experience Someone who leads and mentors while still in the code every day The bar is high.
