Overview:
Join our mission to support veterans and first responders in crisis prevention by volunteering as a Meeting Coordinator. This role is essential in ensuring our team meetings run smoothly, effectively, and efficiently. Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate meetings for leadership, volunteers, and partners. Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, and relevant materials. Manage meeting logistics, including location, virtual setup, and attendance tracking. Ensure action items are recorded and followed up on. Serve as a point of contact for meeting-related inquiries.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in scheduling tools, email, and basic document preparation. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Prior experience in administration, coordination, or event planning is a plus. Passion for supporting veterans, first responders, and mental health initiatives.
