- We have been in business since 2012, and have 120 employees, and around 40 technical employees in our engineering org.
- We are REMOTE first and our team is distributed throughout the country.
- Due to growth, we are hiring a hiring a Remote Senior or Staff Software Engineer with the following experience: Ruby, RailsAWS (EC2, Lambda, IAM, VPC, S3)
- Partner with our other very senior Rails developers who have been using the framework since 2.3Implement core functional using Rails
- Prototype, ship, and launch AI features using LLMs, APIs, and related tools
- Build and deploy integrations to expand functionality
- Make architectural decisions that drive the next generation of our tech stack
- Build and maintain components in both React and TypeScriptWork closely with technical product teams to create custom user experience-led features
