Job Description:
We are seeking a Lead Installer - Countertops and Showers to join our team! You will be responsible for measuring and installing projects as per the client needs.
Responsibilities:
Measure, template projects for fabrication Direct and lead the work of skilled craftsmen Be the go to for project details. Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met Maintain required project documentation Serve as a liaison between business and technical aspects of projects
Qualifications:
Previous experience in countertops, showers or other related fields Strong project management skills Strong analysis and critical thinking skills Deadline and detail-oriented Strong leadership qualities
