About the role
Experience:
3+ years of experience with BIM tools, including experience in architecture or engineering. Educational Requirement: The successful candidate will have a professional degree in planning, architecture, architecture technology, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
Strong attention to detail and consistency in model building, data organization, and drawing development Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely Technical knowledge in BIM enabling applications and experience working in a BIM/VDC Coordinator role, including experience with Revit Knowledge of Rhino, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Dynamo, Grasshopper is beneficial Familiarity with Power BI or other data analytics tools in model performance tracking Teaching or training experience with the ability to deliver engaging BIM training sessions
