What's a typical day as a Device Testing Technician? You'll be: • Performing functional testing and diagnostic evaluations of mobile devices, tablets, and related electronics using approved tools and processes. • Grading devices based on cosmetic condition, functionality, and customer-specific quality standards. • Maintaining accurate tracking of serialized inventory and device status throughout the reverse logistics process. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: • Have a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year of experience in testing and grading electronic equipment, preferably consumer cellular devices. • Possess 6 months to 1 year of related warehouse experience and/or training. • Are proficient in Microsoft Suite and have experience using inventory systems, RF scanners, and shipping software.
