Adopt A Dinner Opportunity

About the role
The Mission: Sprouts & Blossoms is launching a specialized child development center to provide dedicated, adaptive care to children with disabilities. The Need: To fund our critical startup supplies and childcare expenses, we are hosting two major community fundraising dinners in August and September. We need dedicated volunteer groups (5–15 people) to help us handle setup, guest management, and event operations. The Legacy Reward: Your hard work will be permanently woven into our center. Every group that adopts a dinner will receive an official Founding Funder Plaque mounted directly in our main entrance, showing every family, donor, and visitor that your organization stepped up for kids of all abilities.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
