Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Transcriptionist to join our team in Kingsville, MD. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position offering opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. Key ResponsibilitiesTranscribe medical reports and dictations accurately and efficiently Review and edit transcribed documents for accuracy and completeness Maintain confidentiality and security of all patient information Communicate effectively with medical professionals to ensure accuracy of transcribed documents Manage and organize medical records and reports Utilize transcription software and equipment to complete tasks Follow company guidelines and procedures for transcription and data entry Meet deadlines and prioritize workload to ensure timely completion of tasks Collaborate with team members to ensure quality and consistency in transcribed documents QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years experience in medical transcription Proficient in medical terminology and abbreviations Excellent typing and data entry skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and in a team environment Proficient in Microsoft Office and transcription software Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
