As a Production Operator, you will help keep our manufacturing operation running safely, efficiently, and to our high-quality standards. Your day may include: Operating and monitoring production equipment Inspecting components to ensure they meet quality standards Following detailed work instructions and safety procedures Recording production and quality information accurately Maintaining a clean and organized work area Working as part of a team to meet production goals Learning multiple processes and equipment through hands-on training Supporting continuous improvement and problem-solving efforts This is a permanent opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term future in manufacturing. The schedule for this position is designed to provide consistency and predictability.
Shift: 12-Hour Nights from 5:45PM - 6AM EST Schedule: 2-2-3-2 rotation Training: Approximately 12 weeks of paid training will be provided. At West, the work you do has a purpose. Our products support the delivery of healthcare around the world, and our manufacturing teams play an important role in making that possible. You will work alongside people who care about quality, safety, teamwork, and getting the job done right. We are looking for people who: Are dependable and ready to be part of a team Can follow detailed instructions and established procedures Have strong attention to detail Are comfortable working in a manufacturing environment Can stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks as required Are willing to learn new equipment and processes Have prior manufacturing experience, which is helpful but not required, preferably over 3 years.
