About the role

Baptist Health Medical Group is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse to support complex cardiac surgeries at our Princeton & Brookwood Campuses in Birmingham, AL. You will collaborate with renowned surgeons, assist in procedures, and contribute across the surgical continuum. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in cardiac surgery, Alabama PA/APRN licensure, and current BLS (ACLS/PALS preferred). Must thrive in a fast-paced OR and commit to patient outcomes.
