Base pay range $20.00/hr - $25.00/hr Direct message the job poster from Motion Recruitment Job Description We are seeking an experienced Escrow Officer to provide administrative and customer service support to the Commercial Escrow Department . This role supports escrow closings for large, high-value commercial transactions while handling complex residential escrow activities. Responsibilities and Qualifications Provide daily support to Commercial Escrow Officers during escrow closings Assist with clearing title and preparing escrow files for closing Prepare and review documents for residential transactions (wraps, assignments, mobile homes, etc.) Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, lenders, agents, and internal teams Support business development and customer service initiatives Provide guidance and direction to escrow support staff as needed ✅ Ensure accuracy, compliance, and completeness of escrow documentation Handle LOA (Leave of Absence) coverage responsibilities ⏱️ 2–3 years of experience as an Escrow Assistant Experience with complex residential escrow transactions Strong verbal communication and customer service skills Excellent attention to detail Effective problem-solving abilities Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Administrative Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Motion Recruitment by 2x Get notified about new Escrow Officer jobs in San Antonio, TX . #J-18808-Ljbffr
