Maddaloni Jewelers Location: Long Island, New York Job Type: Full TimeAbout the Role Maddaloni Jewelers is seeking a highly skilled Master Watchmaker to join our luxury retail team. As a premier destination for elite horology, we require a dedicated professional who understands the intricate mechanics and exacting standards of the most prestigious timepieces. You will work directly with our collection of elite brands, including Jacob & Co, Breitling, and TAG Heuer, ensuring every piece meets uncompromising quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform complete overhauls, routine maintenance, and aesthetic refinishing on luxury mechanical and quartz timepieces. Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical issues with absolute precision. Maintain strict brand compliance and adhere to authorized service protocols at all times. Collaborate with the sales and management teams to provide accurate repair estimates and timelines for our clientele. Manage parts inventory efficiently and maintain a meticulously organized, state of the art workspace. Provide expert technical insights to support client consultations when necessary.
Qualifications:
CW21, WOSTEP, or SAWTA certification is heavily preferred. Minimum of five years of dedicated bench experience working exclusively with premium Swiss watches. Active or recent brand specific training and certifications for major luxury houses. Unwavering attention to detail and a deep passion for fine horology. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic luxury retail environment.
