About the role

Diversicare Healthcare Services, LLC is seeking a Director of Workers’ Compensation, Safety & Loss Prevention to lead the safety culture across 43 centers in five states. You will own the claims lifecycle, drive proactive injury prevention, and ensure regulatory excellence with executive dashboards for risk reduction. You will collaborate with TPAs and carriers, manage audits, training, and inspections, and travel up to 30% to engage facilities and teams.
